US Order Processing Times Information - Please Read Prior To Ordering
Orders are downloaded for processing at 9am central time Monday - Thursday. Orders are filled by date and time received.
Orders usually take 7-14 working days for processing and filling as each order is date/time filled per product expiration (if any). Orders that contain bulk lip gloss are time/date filled.
Most orders will process and be ready to ship within 7-14 working days (see our business hours) of receipt but please remember to not the above information as larger order or orders with several kits and samples may take additional time. We do not process or ship orders Friday - Sunday.
All order placed within the continental US will ship United States Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation, Insurance is charged and required as per shopping cart check out shipping fees. There are no hidden shipping charges, everything is included and shipped by size/weight.
Large orders MUST BE shipped to your local post office for signature and pick up. No Exceptions, our shopping cart and your banking institution require this procedure for your order arrival safety.
When orders are ready to ship your email will be sent via the USPS.Com website your confirmation/tracking number so Please Make Sure you add the usps.com site to your email address book or your computer/server/firewall/spam programs may spam the email before you receive it.
PLEASE NOTE that is "we" cannot get ahold of you via your email address and you have not responded to our automated email your order will not be shipped. We want verification as do you that you will be there personally to sign for your order. We do not allow orders to be signed by surrounding businesses for "your safety".
We do not accept returns/exchanges on any of our products due to FDA handling, storage, and safety regulations. Please make sure you are purchasing the correct product for your needs prior to placing an order. This is per FDA Health Regulations of selling cosmetic ingredients. If you have any questions please contact us prior to ordering.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged to customer for any returns, not accepted by your postal carrier, or country of shipping designations.
