Please email us your landline and mobile phone immediately upon ordering. Customs and shipping carriers require a valid phone number and email address to contact you once your order arrives in your destination city.
We are at NO Time responsible for your customs fees or charges. Please check on the required customs fees prior to ordering so you can pay them to receive your parcel from the postal carrier.
Making Mineral Makeup 101 ships International Orders world-wide First Class USPS Mail. Please allow at LEAST 7-14 business days (see above business dates and times)
Please Note: You may be BILLED SEPARATELY for any/all required shipping fees to your country that are not covered in our original shipping costs.
No order will be shipped until the correct USPS.com Priority Shipping is paid.
International Customers we will notify you the purchaser in any/all additional shipping charges. These must be paid prior to shipping.
Making Mineral Makeup 101 does not at any time guarantee the arrival to destination of International orders via your local postal service. IF you would like guaranteed shipping we do offer UPS shipping, but it is substantially higher. Please note: We have never had an order be lost or stolen using USPS.com mailing services.
If your International Package/Order does not arrive we do not guarantee a replacement or a refund for the price of the purchase of order or shipping charges, UNLESS you opt to pay for the UPS Shipping Method.
