Monday - Thursday 10am to 3pm Central Standard Time.

CLOSED Weekends and All Local TN/KY, State, School, United States Federal Holidays IE Postal Holidays.

All orders placed before 10am EST will start processing procedures on the same business day (see above).

PROCESSING Dates and Times
Please note that your credit card, Bank Debit, E-check or Paypal account will be charged upon checkout by you, not when your purchase is shipped.

We process and ship US orders in approximately 7-12 business days (see dates and times above). Orders received on or during our closed schedule will start processing on next business day. We ship UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, Priority, Delivery Confirmation, Purchasers Signature IS REQUIRED.

Please remember that orders are customer made as received.  Processing and shipping times vary upon order size and weight.  Large Pro Kit orders may take additional processing time.  We do at times have products out of stock for orders, and orders may be shipped without these.  Any products that are out of stock when an order is processed and shipped will be shipped asap when in-house B2B with no additional postage due.

When purchasing please make note of the date and time you ordered as it is in our system also, so you will have a hands on timeline when your order will be approximately ready to ship.

US SHIPPING Information
Making Mineral Makeup 101 ships all United States Orders (does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or territories) Priority, Confirmation Delivery USPS (IE tracking) (United States Postal Service), Insured, Purchaser Only Signature Required.

Please Note:  If you plan on having someone sign for your parcel it will not be covered under USPS insurance), but the PO will confirm delivery for legal purposes in case a fraudulent claim against Making Mineral Makeup 101 or the United States Post office is made.   We provide information per legal council for fraudulent purchases.  We are firm believers in stopping internet shoplifting fraud and all honest consumers will applaud this regulations to keep pricing low and security high.

Please allow the 7-12 business days dependant on order size for processing and 2-7 days after receiving your confirmation delivery number via the usps.co website for US priority shipment to arrive "before" contacting our customer service department.   If you have not received your confirmation delivery number your order has not been shipped in most cases, check on the usps.com under your address used during checkout for shipping information before contacting us.  Time used wisely is well spent :)

ALL (within the continental) US orders will receive a confirmation delivery number via the email you used for your shopping cart payment to us.

If you are using firewalls that are blocking or spamming links then you will most likely not received this email from the USPS.com website. 

EVEN if you  have received an automated response.  An automated response does not come from OUR Systems, as with any automated response they are from a Server working with our systems in another area of the WWW.

Please know what your computer programs through your server are set to accomplish, as we also can't answer emails we are not getting as in the above example. We can be reached at the numbers on our privacy page.

Please note: That if USPS Signature Required, Confirmation Delivery Tracking Number (available online to us and to you the consumer for legal verification) confirms that your order has been delivered to the shipping address located on your order and you claim that you have not received said package, your order, ie package will not be reshipped at any time.

We use the USPS verification system to prevent shoplifting and mail fraud to protect ourselves and customers like yourself.

APO/AE Mailing Addresses: We Do Not ship to APO/AE addresses.

Second Party Addresses - Unconfirmed Payment Addresses:  Making Mineral Makeup Does NOT ship to second party addresses or unconfirmed addresses.

PO BOXES:  Making Mineral Makeup 101 does NOT ship to any PO Boxes.  NO EXCEPTIONS.


NON-DELIVERABLE Orders (IE packages)
Making Mineral Makeup 101 sends all US orders with insurance, signature required, and  confirmation delivery to verify arrival of orders. ALL tracking confirmation deliver numbers are traceable to the consumer and our establishment at any given time.

If the confirmation delivery of shipment to you has been confirmed by USPS as being delivered to the address provided by you at checkout for shipment of your order, Making Mineral Makeup 101 will not replace nor reship your order. No exceptions.  Use the insurance provided by the automated email sent to you via the usps.com website to contact your local Post Office to file an insurance claim, we are not responsible nor can we as shipper file an insurance claim as is provided on the USPS.com website insurance policies.

 
BACK ORDERED Items
Occasionally we receive orders for makeup and or skin care items and accessories that are suddenly in higher then normal demand. We make a note on your invoice of the back ordered items.

Usually these items are in stock within 10 business days and we reship as soon as they are in-house. You are also more then welcome to contact us for a refund of backordered items as soon as you are notified they are backordered (IE on your invoice) What makes you happy makes Making Mineral Makeup 101 happy.

Item Shipment Error
If by the rare occurrence Making Mineral Makeup 101 has shipped you the wrong item/s, please notify us and we will reship the correct item when wrong item is returned, as well as refunding your return shipping fee. Please send exchange by first class USPS mail with confirmation delivery for your protection and ours of said product/s.

Making Mineral Makeup 101 upholds the right to refuse sale to anyone not ethically representative of their self/establishment as deemed necessary.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged to customer for any returns, not accepted by your postal carrier, or country of shipping designations.
